Thank you for booking your holiday with us. If you have any questions, queries before or during your stay please just ask. We want you to enjoy your stay, be able to relax and enjoy all that our beautiful site and beautiful Moray Speyside has to offer from beaches and forests to history and heritage, adventure and nature and distilleries.

You can download our welcome pack (above) to have lots of useful information and links to local places to visit, restaurants, beaches, places to shop and things to do. We recommend downloading this before arrival and familiarising yourself with local and onside information.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in for cabins is from 4pm. Check-out for cabins is at 10am.

Check-in for camping is from 1pm. Check-out for camping is 11am.

NOTE: Latest check-in is 10pm this is to prevent disturbance to guest already onsite. We operate a QUIET SITE after 10pm.

This means tents must be put up on the pitch by 10pm and guests to have campervans/motorhomes parked and set up by 10pm. Cabins guests should have belongings in cabins by 10pm.

CHECK-IN BOX

Your check-in pack will be in the “CHECK-IN BOX” located outside the OFFICE, this contains information to locate your accommodation or pitch.
There are THREE boxes, one for cabins, one for camping and one for check out.
Please look inside the box for your type of booking (pods/camping) and you will find an envelope with your name on it and a map to direct you to our pod or pitch.

Emergency Contacts while onsite
Office 01343850111 will divert to a mobile for on-call staff (the office is only staffed at various points during the day during office hours)

Please note: Please only use these numbers after 5pm while onsite in cases of EMERGENCY/NOISE COMPLAINT/URGENT CABIN ISSUES.

We do not operate a 24 hour reception for enquiries. Please email non-urgent enquiries regarding your booking to visit@theloft.co.uk and we will respond when the office opens in the morning.

Campfires
If you would like to have a campfire you MUST book a firepit from us in advance, we cannot guarantee availability to book after the office has closed. We can provide wood at an additional charge or you are welcome to bring your own pre-bagged recognised firewood with you.

Safety: Fires must only be lit in fire pits hired from the site and these must be placed on concrete slabs provided (slabs must not be moved). This is for safety and site maintenance reasons.

Dogs
Dogs must be kept on leads whilst on site for the safety of other guests and farm animals.

Noise & Code of Conduct
After 10pm we operate a quiet site policy

No amplified music is permitted at any time.

You must respect your fellow guests and keep noise levels low. If you experience any noise issues during your stay please contact the emergency numbers provided so we can deal with any noise issues immediately.
